Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, November 2025 — Neurealm has announced the appointment of Abou Baker as Chief – Talent Supply Chain, marking a strategic leadership addition to strengthen its global talent ecosystem and workforce readiness.
With nearly three decades of extensive experience across workforce management, global delivery, talent fulfillment, IT transformation, and P&L leadership, Abou brings a powerful combination of operational excellence, strategic foresight, and technology-driven transformation expertise. His appointment underscores Neurealm’s commitment to building a scalable and future-ready talent supply chain aligned with its global growth vision.
Prior to joining Neurealm, Abou served as Associate Vice President at Birlasoft, where he led workforce management across multiple business lines, driving forecasting, sourcing, fulfillment, bench optimization, and campus hiring strategies. He was instrumental in designing skill frameworks, leading talent transformation programs, and steering HR tech initiatives that enhanced enterprise agility and delivery effectiveness.
Before Birlasoft, Abou spent over a decade with DXC Technology, where he rose to the position of Associate Director, leading transformative programs across hire-to-retire systems, DevOps adoption, and agile delivery transitions. He managed multi-portfolio delivery spanning applications, infrastructure, and testing, while driving profitability and operational excellence across global teams.
Earlier in his career, he held key roles at Lands’ End, Covansys, and CBSI India, where he managed end-to-end global delivery, integration programs, and IT modernization initiatives. Abou is a graduate of the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela, with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering, and has consistently demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale technology and workforce transformation programs.
In his new role at Neurealm, Abou will lead strategic initiatives to optimize talent supply chain operations, strengthen capability development, and enhance delivery efficiency across geographies, enabling the organization’s next phase of digital and workforce transformation.
