Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, November 2025 — Fadi Qutishat has started a new role as Group Chief Financial Officer at Tanmiah Food Company, bringing more than two decades of global financial leadership experience across food, agriculture, consumer goods, manufacturing, and diversified industries. In his new position, he will oversee enterprise-wide financial strategy, operational excellence, governance, and value creation for one of the Middle East’s leading integrated poultry and food companies.
Before joining Tanmiah Food Company, Fadi served for approximately five years as Division Chief Financial Officer at Tyson Foods in the United States. He oversaw financial operations for a $5B division with six manufacturing facilities, leading FP&A, commercial finance, operations controllership, pricing strategy, and financial reporting. He also led digital transformation and analytics for the $26B Beef and Pork segment and championed inclusion as Executive Sponsor of the InterBelief Business Resource Group.
Earlier, Fadi worked for more than four years with Stanley Black & Decker, holding roles including Controller, Global Emerging Markets, where he led financial governance across Latin America, Asia, India, Turkey, Russia, the Middle East, and Africa. His work focused on market expansion, distribution strategy, DTC scaling, and large-scale financial controllership. He previously served as Controller, Global Emerging Markets in Dubai, driving double-digit growth in emerging markets.
Before that, he spent over three years at Del Monte Fresh Produce as Business Chief Financial Officer, overseeing operations in Jordan, the UAE, and the National Poultry Company. His leadership focused on financial strategy, business expansion, operational optimization, and successful SAP implementations, earning him multiple internal awards.
In the earlier stages of his career, Fadi held leadership and controllership roles across A&P Unilever, Stanley Black & Decker Corporate Controllers Group, Horace Mann, and began his foundational professional journey with Deloitte in the United States. Across these roles, he led M&A programs, finance transformations, SOX and FCPA compliance, manufacturing finance, corporate controllership, analytical modelling, and global financial operations.
