Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — Workday has announced the appointment of Mani Bhushan Mani ☁️ as Head of Sales Development for India, marking a key leadership addition to its regional team. In this strategic role, Mani will lead the Sales Development organisation, driving growth, pipeline acceleration, and talent development to strengthen Workday’s expanding presence in the Indian enterprise market.
With over a decade of experience across sales development, go-to-market execution, and operational strategy, Mani brings a proven ability to design scalable sales engines and foster high-performing teams. He joins Workday after an impactful tenure at Salesforce, where he held multiple leadership roles in sales development and enterprise programs, helping build and execute GTM initiatives that accelerated business outcomes and sales efficiency across India and SAARC markets.
During his five-year journey at Salesforce, Mani served as Senior Manager and Manager of Sales Development, where he led high-performing SDR teams, executed headcount and pipeline planning, and partnered closely with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, and Business Technology to align strategy and outcomes. Prior to that, as Sales Program Manager – Enterprise Business, he designed complex, data-driven sales programs that helped the organisation achieve sustained pipeline growth and revenue acceleration.
Before Salesforce, Mani spent over four years at Ameyo (Drishti Soft Solutions), where he served as Team Lead – Global Sales Development, leading inside sales operations and demand generation across enterprise markets worldwide. His earlier experiences at Doon Consulting and Cisco honed his expertise in business development, customer engagement, and enterprise communication technologies — laying a strong foundation for his success in technology sales and leadership.
In his new capacity, Mani will focus on enhancing sales and marketing alignment, strengthening operational predictability, and cultivating a high-performance culture that supports Workday’s mission to empower organizations through intelligent enterprise solutions.
