Before stepping into this new role, Simon Cotton served as Vice President of Sales, Hematology & Oncology at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where he led commercial strategy, field force effectiveness, and performance delivery across key oncology brands. Over four years, he played a central role in scaling the organization’s launch readiness, strengthening strategic account management, and advancing impactful commercial execution.

Prior to this, he was Executive National Sales Director at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where he contributed significantly to shaping national sales leadership, enabling commercial teams, and enhancing operational alignment. Earlier, Simon spent more than four years at Clovis Oncology, serving as both Vice President of Sales and Regional Sales Director, where he played a key role in building commercial capabilities across the West region. His earlier decade-long tenure at Genentech shaped the foundation of his oncology leadership journey, where he progressed through roles including National Sales Director, Regional Sales Director, Senior Manager, Sales Operations, and Division Manager, working across major oncology brands such as Herceptin, Tarceva, Gazyva, and Zelboraf.

Simon began his career at TAP Pharmaceuticals, progressing from Sales Representative to District Manager and Regional Product Manager, supporting the Lupron Urology/GYN franchise across multiple U.S. regions.
