Singapore / JAPAC, May 2026 – Manmath Sahoo has joined Google Cloud as Innovation Strategy Lead for the JAPAC region, marking a pivotal move in his career as he transitions from advising on AI-native transformations to actively shaping and building them within one of the world’s most advanced innovation ecosystems.
Prior to joining Google Cloud, Manmath Sahoo served as Associate Partner (Data & Tech Transformation) at Bain & Company, where he partnered with CXOs and technology leaders to drive large-scale AI and data transformations. His work spanned product and platform strategy, architecture, and value realization, delivering significant business impact across sectors including banking and retail.
Earlier, he was a Principal – Data Products and Architecture at Boston Consulting Group, where he led complex AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia and India. He played a key role in designing cloud-native platforms, building AI-driven products, and advising enterprise leaders and investors on technology strategy and due diligence.
Before his consulting leadership roles, he worked as an Enterprise Architect – Data & Digital Platforms at Dell EMC, where he designed scalable data architectures and modernization strategies for global clients.
He also held roles at Infosys, OpenCloud Limited, and Huawei Technologies, building deep expertise in cloud architecture, solution design, and enterprise transformation.
