Before rejoining Delhivery, Kushal spent close to two years at JUSDA Supply Chain Management International Co., Ltd. as Manager – Sales FTL, leading enterprise sales, P&L oversight, market intelligence and business planning for key accounts in the FTL domain.

Earlier, he served at CHEP as Associate Manager – New Sales for over two years, where he expanded customer portfolios and supported new business development across the Gurugram region.

Across his earlier years, Kushal held multiple sales and client-facing roles at Delhivery, including Senior Sales Associate, Sales Associate, Senior Sales Executive and Direct Sales Executive. These roles helped him build his foundational expertise in sales management, solution selling, new client acquisition and customer relationship management. His career began with internships at IRCTC and Vayam Technologies Ltd., where he worked on technology-led transport optimization and digital system enhancement projects.
