Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2025 – Rashmi Priya has been appointed as Head – HR & Administration at Stashfin, a leading digital financial services platform in India. In her new role, Rashmi will lead the people and culture strategy, strengthen HR systems and policies, and spearhead workforce capability initiatives to support the company’s rapid scaling and customer-centric vision.
Before joining Stashfin, Rashmi spent over nine years at IIFL Home Loans, where she served as Head of Human Resources. She led large-scale people initiatives focused on leadership development, HR digital transformation, total rewards, employee relations, and HR budgeting. Her impact was especially visible in aligning people practices with business outcomes.
Earlier, she held multiple HR leadership roles at Axis Bank, including Zonal HR Manager, HR Relationship Manager – Retail Assets, and Circle HR for Patna. In these roles, she was responsible for performance management implementation, recruitment drives, grievance redressal, CSR initiatives, and manpower planning across various geographies.
Rashmi began her career with Axis Bank and gained early experience through internships and structured HR rotations, including a project at Baxter India Ltd. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, which laid the foundation for her successful HR journey.
