Ruturaj Degwekar has been named the new Associate Vice President – Human Resources at Parksons Packaging Ltd.

Degwekar brings to the table an impressive track record of over 19 years in human resources management and development, having held significant positions across various esteemed organizations.
Prior to joining Parksons Packaging Ltd, Degwekar served as the HR Head for the Crop Protection Business at Godrej Agrovet Limited, a role he held from June 2022 until March 2024. His tenure at Godrej Agrovet Limited was marked by strategic HR initiatives that significantly contributed to the company’s growth and operational efficiency.
Before his stint at Godrej Agrovet Limited, Degwekar was part of the Godrej Consumer Products Limited team for nearly 12 years, where he took on several critical HR roles. His responsibilities ranged from being an HR Business Partner to leading the Centers of Excellence in Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR Analytics. This experience has equipped him with a profound understanding of the HR landscape, particularly in fast-moving consumer goods and related sectors.

Degwekar’s career also includes valuable experience at Asian Paints as an Officer HR and a brief period at Saraswat Co-operative Bank as a SWIFT Systems Officer, demonstrating his versatile expertise in HR and systems management across different industries.
