In his current role as Regional Finance Director at Abbott India, Darshan leads financial strategy for the second-largest pharmaceutical company in the country, enabling long-term value creation through strong fiscal management, operational efficiency, and business growth initiatives. His career at Abbott spans more than 12 years, during which he has played a pivotal role in driving finance transformation, supply chain optimization, and strategic planning for multiple business verticals.
Previously, Darshan held leadership roles at Piramal Healthcare—where he was instrumental in establishing the company’s rural healthcare business—and began his career with Deloitte, managing statutory and internal audits for leading listed clients. His expertise encompasses financial governance, ERP implementation, and cross-functional strategy, reflecting a deep understanding of the evolving pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystem.
