Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 — Ira Joshi has started a new position as Director – HR at NoBroker.com. This elevation reflects her strong track record of building HR capability and enabling business growth within the organization over nearly eight years.
Ira Joshi has spent close to 8 years with NoBroker.com, steadily growing through roles of Senior Human Resources Manager, Associate Director – HR, and now Director – HR. Her journey reflects deep institutional knowledge and consistent leadership across key people priorities as the company scaled in India’s fast-evolving proptech ecosystem.
Prior to this, she worked for nearly 4 years with Deluxe Entertainment Services as Senior HR Business Partner, where she supported business-aligned HR strategies and strengthened employee-facing programs during a critical phase of organizational delivery and change.
Before Deluxe, Ira served for a little over 2 years with JLL as an HR Business Partner, expanding her expertise in stakeholder partnering and structured HR frameworks within a large, matrixed environment.
Earlier, she was with IBM for around 1.5 to 2 years as an HR Executive, building early foundations in core HR operations and business support.
She also gained early experience as an IT Recruiter at Pinaki and completed an HR trainee stint with ITC Fortune Hotels, which helped shape her grounding in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. Ira holds an MBA in Human Resources from IILM Institute for Higher Education.
