Delhi, India, October 2024 – Saurabh Lal has taken on the role of Executive Director, Global Operations at Dabur India Limited. With a long track record of leadership in global supply chain management, Saurabh will be responsible for leading Dabur Group’s end-to-end global operations and supply chain across 11 countries. His experience in managing large-scale operations for multinational companies positions him to significantly enhance Dabur’s manufacturing and distribution processes as the company continues its expansion in more than 100 countries.
Before joining Dabur, Saurabh was Senior Director, Supply Chain Network | Planning | Logistics | Digital SC for APAC/Middle East/Africa at Kellanova for nearly 3 years. He played a pivotal role in supply chain optimization, digital transformation, and long-term capacity planning across multiple business units, helping streamline operations and boost efficiency across the region.
Prior to that, he served as Senior Director, Manufacturing Excellence & Supply Chain Network APAC/ME/Africa at Kellanova for about 7 months, where he spearheaded digitalization projects and manufacturing excellence initiatives across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.
Saurabh also worked as Director of Supply Chain, South Asia at Kellanova for over 3 years. During his tenure, he focused on demand replenishment, plant turnaround, and network redesign to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Earlier in his career, Saurabh was the Chief Executive Officer – Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Future Consumer Limited for over 2 years, where he managed operations for multiple sites across India and Sri Lanka, leading plant design, distribution, and digital transformation.
