With over 15 years of global experience spanning product leadership, marketplace innovation, and digital transformation, Jasjit brings deep expertise from his impactful roles across OLX, Delivery Hero, MobiKwik, Airtel Digital, and Nimbuzz.
In his new role, Jasjit will lead the evolution of OLX India’s product vision, focusing on enhancing marketplace experiences, driving innovation, and advancing monetisation strategies to strengthen the company’s position in India’s growing circular economy. His global perspective, developed through assignments across India, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, uniquely equips him to deliver scalable solutions that combine user-centric design with sustainable growth models.
During his prior tenure at OLX Group, Jasjit held multiple leadership roles — including Director of Product for Dealer Experience and Financial Transformation, Head of Product for Global Monetisation & Payments, and Senior Product Manager for Growth and Emerging Markets. He successfully led initiatives that expanded monetisation frameworks, optimized dealer ecosystems, and transformed multi-market product experiences across regions such as India, Indonesia, and Latin America.
Before returning to OLX India, Jasjit served as Global Product Leader for Operations at Delivery Hero, where he oversaw dark store and local shop fulfillment, optimizing supply chains and driving measurable efficiency gains through AI and data-driven operations. Earlier in his career, he contributed to key growth and digital initiatives at Airtel Digital, MobiKwik, and Nimbuzz, blending his product innovation expertise with a strong focus on customer engagement.
Jasjit is also a recognized advisor, speaker, and thought leader in the global product and technology space. He has been part of accelerator programs such as in5 Dubai and India Accelerator Ventures, and frequently shares insights on responsible product development, AI integration, and monetisation strategies through international forums and publications.
