Taipei, Taipei City, Taiwan, December 2025 — Karthi Madhavan has started a new position as Head of India Operations and Bangalore Delivery Centre, Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO at WITS (Wistron ITS). In this dual leadership and strategic support mandate, Karthi Madhavan is positioned to drive operational scale and delivery excellence for India while also partnering closely with the Chairman and CEO on priority business and growth initiatives.

Karthi Madhavan has joined WITS (Wistron ITS) in a high-impact leadership capacity, combining responsibility for India Operations and the Bangalore Delivery Centre with the role of Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO. This new scope appears designed to leverage his deep experience in global delivery, business leadership, and cross-market execution, especially as WITS continues to expand its Asia-Pacific anchored global delivery strength.

Before this move, Karthi Madhavan spent over two decades with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Over this long tenure, he held senior leadership roles including Country Head in Taiwan and extensive responsibilities across business operations, sales, and delivery. His experience also reflects substantial leadership within CMC (a TCS subsidiary) across multiple assignments, spanning regional sales, delivery centre leadership, and international business development.

Earlier, he worked with Arthur D. Little for over four years as a Business Manager, where his responsibilities and skills aligned strongly with strategic partnerships, revenue management, general management, and international sales, building a structured consulting and business-growth foundation.

He began his career with Asian Paints, spending about four years as a Sales Manager, gaining early commercial depth and frontline leadership exposure across the Greater Coimbatore region.

Across these roles, Karthi Madhavan has developed a distinctive blend of global delivery leadership, P&L mindset, strategic planning, and cross-cultural market stewardship, positioning him strongly for the scale and complexity of his expanded responsibilities at WITS (Wistron ITS).
