Miami, Florida, United States, December 2025 – 1823 Partners, a newly launched insurance-first asset management firm backed by a multi-billion-dollar mandate from JAB Insurance, has appointed Whitney Cacase as its Chief People Officer (CPO). Based out of Miami and New York, Whitney will lead the firm’s human capital strategy during a critical phase of its formation and growth. She has also announced her family’s relocation to Miami in summer 2026, reaffirming her commitment to building the company’s talent engine from its new headquarters.

Prior to joining 1823 Partners, Whitney Cacase spent over 11 years at General Atlantic, where she served as Senior Vice President, Human Capital Management. There, she built the Human Capital function from the ground up and led strategic talent initiatives through major phases of firm-wide growth and product expansion. She supported multiple business divisions including Securities, Asset Management, and Private Wealth Management. Her four-year global rotation equipped her with a broad, multicultural understanding of people leadership and business alignment.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications from Rutgers University, further anchoring her foundational perspective in human behavior and strategic communication.
