Bangalore, Karnataka, India, December 2025 — Accenture in India has announced the appointment of Mousam Biyani as Director – Finance Operations, marking an important milestone in her nearly two-decade-long journey with the organization. A seasoned finance leader, Mousam brings extensive expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) transformation, digital modernization, analytics, and enterprise finance delivery.
In her new role, Mousam will oversee the strategic evolution of Accenture’s Finance Operations practice, driving operational efficiency, digital–performance integration, and data-driven decision-making. Her deep experience in managing large-scale transformation programs and global delivery operations positions her to lead the function’s continued modernization and innovation.
Throughout her 20-year career at Accenture, Mousam has consistently driven excellence across finance transformation and enterprise operations. Most recently, as Vice President – Order to Cash Practitioner, she led O2C transformation roadmaps, strengthened delivery excellence frameworks, and built future-ready financial capabilities. Previously, she served as General Manager – Analytics and General Manager, Enterprise Finance, where she combined financial governance with data-led insights to enable organizational agility and performance enhancement.
Mousam began her journey at Accenture as a Credit Control Analyst, progressing through several key finance and program management roles. Her career reflects a strong foundation in global delivery, digital finance transformation, and stakeholder partnership — all underpinned by a passion for driving innovation in enterprise operations.
