Minneapolis, MN, United States, December 2025 — Emily Moertl has been appointed Senior Director of Human Resources at Post Consumer Brands — bringing over 18 years of human resources leadership experience to the organization. Moertl steps into this key role to partner with executive leadership and drive HR strategies that support Post’s multi-site manufacturing and global supply chain operations.
Prior to this appointment, Moertl served nearly five years as Senior Director, Human Resources at Bob Evans Farms, Inc., another Post Holdings company. There, she led operations and supply chain HR, designed solutions to support growth, and collaborated closely with both field HR and operations partners to ensure alignment across functions.
Moertl’s earlier roles include serving as Director of Human Resources at Michael Foods, where she supported HR consistency across multiple Post Holdings operating companies. At TreeHouse Foods, she held both Senior HR Manager and HR Manager titles over nearly six years, with a focus on strategic HR management and labor relations. Her career began in HR leadership at Ply Gem and Briggs & Stratton, where she managed end-to-end HR functions at plant and regional levels.
Moertl holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University and is recognized for her strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and expertise in manufacturing environments.
