Bengaluru, India, December 2025 — Quess Corp Limited has appointed Neeraj Jain as its new Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). A seasoned finance leader with over 20 years of experience, Neeraj brings deep expertise in global financial management, business transformation, and strategic growth across multiple industries and geographies.
Before taking on his new role at Quess Corp, Neeraj served as Global CFO at Startek, where he led major initiatives in private equity funding, mergers and acquisitions, and board governance. His strategic insight and ability to drive operational transformation positioned him as a trusted advisor to leadership in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Earlier, Neeraj held dual leadership roles at Tech Mahindra and Comviva, spearheading global transformation, risk management, and financial operations as CFO. At Comviva, he was responsible for corporate development, global expansion across emerging markets, and fostering innovation through startup ventures and new product strategies. His influence extended to areas like corporate governance, independent director relations, and enterprise risk management.
Neeraj’s prior career includes finance leadership positions at Microsoft, Convergys, and Jubilant Biosys, where he built a reputation for financial planning, budgeting, and process optimization. His experience spans technology, telecom, life sciences, and BPO sectors—making him exceptionally well-equipped to drive financial strategy at Quess Corp.
