Manoj Kumar Vijai to serve as Non-Executive Chairperson of KPMG India Board with effect from 1 January 2026 to 30 April 2030
Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — KPMG in India today announced the appointment of Manoj Kumar Vijai as Non-Executive Chairperson of KPMG India Board with effect from 1 January 2026 to 30 April 2030.
Manoj currently serves as the Office Managing Partner of Mumbai office and the Head of Risk Advisory at KPMG in India and has over three decades of professional experience, particularly in the banking and financial services sector. He has held multiple leadership roles within the firm and has amassed experience across various industries and service lines.
On his appointment, Manoj said “I am deeply honored to step into the role as non-executive Chair of the Board of Directors of KPMG in India. Strong governance and accountability are the cornerstones of sustainable success. As Chair, my focus will be on reinforcing these principles to ensure that the Board continues to provide strategic oversight and upholds the highest standards of integrity.”
