Delhi, India, December 2025 – Tarun Kohli has joined CDW as Head of India, taking charge of the company’s India operations and leading Services, Solution Delivery, and Innovation globally. In this pivotal role, Tarun will spearhead CDW’s commitment to delivering exceptional Professional and Managed IT Services, innovation-led technology transformation, and scalable digital solutions from its India center.
Career Journey
Prior to joining CDW, Tarun Kohli served as Chief Technology Officer at Emids, where he led the organization’s transition to a Healthcare AI services firm. He championed the development of AI-first software engineering lifecycle tooling and led initiatives that created co-pilots for developers, QA, product managers, and DevOps—redefining the engineering experience in the HealthTech domain. Before this, he held the roles of Global Head of Engineering and Senior Vice President, Head of Product Management and Design, aligning client growth imperatives with Emids’ technology offerings.
Earlier in his career, Tarun was the Founder and CEO of Quovantis Technologies, a design-led product development firm that served venture-backed companies and was later acquired by Emids. Under his leadership, Quovantis earned recognition for its innovative design thinking and exceptional workplace culture, becoming one of the top mid-sized workplaces in India.
Tarun also contributed as a Mentor at Techstars, guiding startups on product and growth strategies. Prior to this, he held executive roles including Head of Product at Twangos, and Chief Technology Officer at ParentsTown, applying his entrepreneurial and product leadership expertise in early-stage ventures. His career includes impactful stints at GlobalLogic Inc., where he led the Architecture group and supported startup clients, Microsoft, Bank of America, XCare, NTT Data (Keane), and STG Inc., giving him a diverse global technology background.
