In her most recent journey at Reliable Medical, Christine Sleezer has demonstrated strong momentum and impact. She joined the organization in a senior talent leadership capacity and progressed from Talent Acquisition Manager to Director of Talent Acquisition, then Senior Director of Human Resources, before stepping into her current role as Vice President of Human Resources. Across these roles, she has led end‑to‑end recruiting, workforce analytics, leadership development, and employee relations, while building scalable HR processes aligned with business needs in a fast‑growing healthcare environment.
Prior to joining Reliable Medical, Christine spent over seven years at Orbit Medical in the Greater Chicago Area, where she served as Talent Acquisition Executive. During this period, she built deep expertise in healthcare staffing, compensation and benefits, employer branding, and cross‑functional team leadership, supporting complex hiring needs and long‑term workforce planning.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Sangita Capital Partners as an Executive Assistant, managing operational, financial, and executive support responsibilities that strengthened her business acumen and organizational skills. She also brings commercial experience from Stonegate Insurance Company, where she was part of the founding team as a Marketing Representative, managing large agency networks, driving profitability, and achieving significant growth in new business volume across Illinois.
Christine began her professional journey in coordination and support roles, including an early position as Event Coordinator at Sun Rental, laying the groundwork for her later transition into talent, HR, and people leadership roles.
