Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, December 2025 — Naveen Srivastava has been appointed as Head – Supply Chain & Procurement | Multi-Brands (Popeyes | Hong’s Kitchen | Dunkin’) at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., taking charge of end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations across the company’s growing portfolio of international and home-grown brands.
In his current role at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., Naveen Srivastava is responsible for driving multi-brand, end-to-end supply chain and procurement at scale for Popeyes, Hong’s Kitchen, and Dunkin’ in India. His mandate spans strategic sourcing, network optimization, operational excellence, and enabling scalable growth across diverse restaurant formats.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Head of Supply Chain – International Business at Jubilant FoodWorks, where he played a pivotal role in setting up new plants and supply chain centres, strengthening safety and inventory systems, and ensuring on-time delivery for international restaurant chains. During this phase, he led annual operating plans, S&OP processes, cost-efficiency initiatives, and supply continuity across global markets.
Earlier, Naveen held senior leadership roles including General Manager and Deputy General Manager – Supply Chain at Jubilant FoodWorks, where he delivered significant improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, logistics cost reduction, and productivity enhancement. His leadership included large-scale supplier transitions, automation of planning tools, and implementation of advanced SAP and TMS systems.
In the early part of his career, he built a strong foundation in supply chain planning, logistics, and demand management through roles at BioQuest Pvt. Ltd. and Hindustan Unilever Ltd., gaining deep exposure to FMCG and large-scale distribution environments.
Naveen Srivastava holds an MBA in Operations from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad and has completed a Management Development Program in Digital Supply Chain & Blockchain from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
