Maarssen, Netherlands, December 2025 – Harry Bruijnis has taken on a new leadership role as Chief Marketing Officer at FinancialLease.nl. In this role, he is responsible for driving brand strategy, digital growth, customer experience, and performance marketing initiatives as FinancialLease.nl continues to strengthen its position as the Netherlands’ leading automotive financial lease specialist.
In his current role at FinancialLease.nl, Harry is leading marketing strategy, growth initiatives, performance marketing, and customer acquisition programs to scale the organization’s entrepreneurial customer base across the Netherlands.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Managing Director at Growing Minds, a data-driven digital agency, where he led P&L, strategy, service delivery, sales, and growth initiatives while advising C-suite leaders on digital transformation programs across markets.
Earlier, Harry served as Chief Marketing Officer at Talpa Network, where he led consumer marketing for major e-commerce brands including VakantieVeilingen.nl, ActievandeDag.nl, and VavaBid across multiple European markets, overseeing brand, performance, CRM, and marketing automation strategies.
He also held senior CRM and digital leadership roles at Vodafone, and earlier built his marketing and loyalty leadership foundation at M-Wise and Synovate, developing deep expertise in CRM, loyalty management, and data-driven marketing strategies.
