Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 — Sodexo has announced the elevation of Siva Prasad B as Head – Regional HR, where he will lead regional human resources strategy and drive the enhancement of people practices across assigned markets. In this expanded leadership role, he will focus on aligning HR operations with business goals, fostering engagement, and ensuring the consistent application of Sodexo’s people-first philosophy.
Prior to this elevation, Siva served as WPD Head – HR at Sodexo, where he contributed to strengthening HR operations, policy implementation, and employee engagement frameworks that supported the company’s growth and culture transformation. His deep understanding of HR management and operational excellence has made him a valuable asset within the organization.
Before joining Sodexo, Siva held key leadership roles including Regional Head – Karnataka at Compass Group India, where he led HR strategy, people operations, and employee relations, and Regional Head – Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Pondicherry at ISS Facility Services India Private Limited, managing regional workforce and compliance operations. His earlier tenure as HR Manager at TCFM Pvt Ltd – Embassy Group saw him play a pivotal role in people development, employee relations, and organizational processes.
Siva’s career began with early HR roles at Associate Decor Ltd, Aparajitha Corporate Services Private Limited, and Enviro Green Alloys INC, where he built a strong foundation in HR administration and operations management. With over a decade of experience across diverse industries, his leadership now continues to contribute to Sodexo’s mission of improving quality of life and building inclusive workplaces.
