Madison, Wisconsin, United States, December 2025 – Kristina Riordan has taken on a new role as Director, Talent Development at Veeva Systems, where she will lead global talent development strategies that support Veeva’s mission of delivering innovative cloud solutions to the life sciences industry. In her new position, she partners closely with global services leadership to build high-performing teams equipped to deliver operational excellence and accelerate customer success.
In her current role at Veeva Systems, Kristina Riordan is responsible for driving enterprise-wide talent development programs, aligning learning architecture, leadership pipelines, and workforce enablement strategies with business priorities. Her work focuses on strengthening capability building, service excellence, and scalable talent frameworks across global operations.
Prior to this appointment, she served as Senior Consultant at Veeva Systems, where she led post-implementation services programs for life sciences organizations. She played a pivotal role in program governance, KPI frameworks, release planning, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives that supported complex Development Cloud implementations.
Kristina earlier spent over a decade with Epic, where she progressed through leadership roles including Implementation Director and Clinical IT Project Manager. During this tenure, she led large-scale EHR implementations across the United States and Canada, guided multidisciplinary delivery teams, earned multiple peer-voted leadership awards, and was certified as an Epic Physician Trainer.
In the earlier phase of her career, she also held talent acquisition and HR responsibilities at Epic as Corporate Recruiter/Human Resources, strengthening workforce pipelines for technical and project management roles, building a strong foundation in people strategy and organizational development.
