Universal Destinations & Experiences has announced the appointment of Sandra Collier as the new Executive Vice President and Global Chief Human Resources Officer. In her new role, Collier will lead the global Human Resources teams, tasked with crafting and implementing innovative HR strategies to support the organization’s expansive growth.
Sandra Collier brings with her a rich history of HR leadership, accumulating over two decades of experience across a diverse range of international markets, including Tokyo, Singapore, London, Chicago, and Atlanta. Her extensive background includes pivotal roles in strategy development, comprehensive HR leadership, and spearheading business and cultural transformations.
Before her current role, Collier was the Chief People Officer at Arxada in Basel, Switzerland, where she was instrumental in establishing a robust HR department from the ground up following the company’s formation in 2021. Prior to that, she held significant positions at Mars, Inc., where she was the Global Vice President for People & Organization at Mars Pet Nutrition, among other roles. During her tenure, she led various transformative projects across global markets, enhancing HR functionalities and corporate culture.
