In his new role, Tamal will focus on shaping product and growth strategies, strengthening brand positioning, and driving profitability across key business verticals — including L3, L5 Passenger, and 2W mobility segments. His appointment comes at a time when RCJ Auto Forge is rapidly expanding its footprint across 28 global markets and 15 Indian states, while consolidating its presence in the EV sector with successful products such as ATOM DLX and ATOM MAX MILE, alongside upcoming three-wheeler and electric scooter launches.
With more than 24 years of experience in the automotive and mobility sector, Tamal brings extensive expertise in business development, market strategy, and operational excellence. Before joining RCJ Auto Forge, he held key leadership roles at Altigreen Propulsion Labs, TVS Motor Company, Nissan Motor India Private Limited, and Tata Motors, where he consistently delivered growth through innovative product launches, market penetration, and dealer network expansion. His proven ability to build sustainable businesses and drive transformation in competitive markets makes him a valuable addition to RCJ Auto Forge’s leadership team.
An MBA graduate from R. A. Podar Institute of Management, Faculty of Management Studies, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, Tamal combines strong academic grounding with strategic business acumen, making him well-positioned to lead RCJ Auto Forge’s next phase of growth in the evolving global mobility landscape.
