Lagos State, Nigeria, December 2025 – Ndidi Adenikinju has started a new position as Head People and Culture at Raven, marking a significant leadership appointment for the growing technology-driven services company. In her new role, Ndidi is responsible for strengthening people strategy, organizational culture, and talent systems as Raven continues to expand its innovative service ecosystem.
In her most recent professional chapter, Ndidi Adenikinju has taken on the role of Head People and Culture at Raven, where she is leading people strategy, organizational culture, and workforce enablement initiatives to support business growth and service excellence.
Prior to this, she spent over six years at KAAF Medical Laboratory and Maternity Centre (KAAF MLMC), where she served as Hospital Manager, overseeing healthcare operations, institutional processes, and people management across the organization, building strong operational governance and service delivery frameworks.
Earlier, she held senior compliance and healthcare governance roles at AXA Mansard, working as Fraud, Waste and Abuse / Provider Manager, where she led investigations, provider audits, claims integrity programs, and corrective compliance initiatives across the health network.
Her foundational career experience includes consulting and client relations roles with NWS Global Limited, Hygeia HMO, and the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), building early expertise in client management, quality assurance, healthcare administration, and corporate operations.
Ndidi Adenikinju holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sustainability Studies from Nexford University, equipping her with a strong academic foundation in sustainable business leadership and organizational development.
