In this leadership role, Roopam is responsible for delivering scalable digital products, optimizing go-to-market alignment, and ensuring measurable business outcomes through data-led product management frameworks. Her focus spans cross-functional collaboration, technical excellence, and customer-centric innovation, reinforcing Mastercard’s global mission to empower businesses and consumers with smarter payment technologies.

Before this appointment, Roopam served as Lead Product Manager at Mastercard, where she played a pivotal role in defining product roadmaps, performance metrics, and end-to-end delivery for key digital initiatives. Her career prior to Mastercard includes a successful tenure at HSBC Software Development India Pvt. Ltd., where she advanced through multiple roles—Lead Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst—building deep expertise in internet banking, data analytics, and digital transformation programs.

With her strong foundation in banking and payments technology, coupled with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into agile, outcome-driven solutions, Roopam brings a well-rounded blend of technical acumen, strategic insight, and execution excellence to her new role at Mastercard.
