London, England, United Kingdom, December 2025 — Nscale has appointed Roopesh Panchasra as Senior Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition, marking a critical leadership addition as the company accelerates the build-out of one of the world’s largest AI-native hyperscale infrastructure platforms. In his new role, Panchasra will lead the global hiring charter for Nscale, responsible for building high-density, high-velocity talent engines to support the company’s rapid expansion across markets while maintaining strong cultural and leadership standards.
In his most recent leadership chapter, Roopesh Panchasra served at ServiceNow for nearly two years as Vice President, Executive Recruiting & Global Sourcing, where he led global executive hiring, GTM hiring, and skills intelligence teams. During this phase, he played a pivotal role in scaling leadership pipelines across geographies, strengthening employer branding, and shaping workforce intelligence strategies to support ServiceNow’s high-growth digital transformation agenda.
Prior to this, he spent close to three years at Uber as Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition, where he led worldwide executive hiring for all global business units and also served as Interim Global Head of Talent Acquisition, overseeing large global TA teams supporting Uber’s hyper-growth operations across regions.
Earlier in his career, Panchasra built world-class talent acquisition and employer branding ecosystems at SAP, where he served as Vice President, Global Executive Recruiting & Employer Branding, and at Workday as Director, Talent Acquisition EMEA/APAC, driving large-scale regional expansion strategies. He also held senior global recruitment leadership roles at Expedia Group and VMware, consistently shaping enterprise-wide talent engines that supported some of the world’s most recognized technology brands.
