Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, December 2025 – Nirav Vyas has been appointed as Country Head–India at Vanto Group, taking charge of strengthening the organisation’s consulting presence, leadership engagement, and high-performance enterprise transformation initiatives across India. In his new role, he will lead national strategy, client partnerships, and organizational development programs as Vanto Group deepens its footprint in the Indian market.
With over fourteen years of leadership experience at Vanto Group, Nirav has played a pivotal role in designing and delivering long-term cultural transformation, leadership development, and workforce mobilisation programs for corporations and institutions. His work has focused on enabling sustainable behavioural change, strengthening leadership pipelines, and driving enterprise-wide performance improvements.
Prior to this, he served as Senior Program Leader at Landmark Worldwide for nearly eighteen years, where he led over a thousand leadership and communication workshops, trained thousands of professionals, and managed large, multi-layered teams. His contributions positioned him among the most effective leadership facilitators at both national and international levels.
He has also held senior leadership roles at IndiaNIC Infotech Ltd as Vice President – Business Services, driving business expansion, systems integration, and digital business modeling initiatives. Earlier in his career, he worked with Olive International Education Foundation as Director – Systems, and began his professional journey with ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation), where he served for more than thirteen years in satellite manufacturing, precision engineering, and project management roles.
