Prior to CIBC, D’Elia held a pivotal role at TD, where her leadership encompassed HR advisory for Retail Product and Business Banking. Her innovative strategies in talent management and organizational development were critical in steering the company through periods of significant digital transformation and strategic reorientation.
D’Elia’s career also includes significant roles at RBC Capital Markets, where she was involved in debt capital markets and strategic projects that underscored her capability in aligning HR objectives with broad corporate goals.
