Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 – Endurance Technologies Limited has announced the appointment of Raja Kumar as Head – Logistics (Aftermarket), strengthening its leadership team as the global auto components major continues to expand its aftermarket and service ecosystem.
In his new role, Raja will lead logistics operations across five strategically located aftermarket warehouses, driving supply chain resilience, service level excellence and customer-centric aftermarket growth.
Raja joins Endurance after a distinguished tenure of over a decade with Maruti Suzuki India Limited, where he most recently served as Head of Department – Export Warehouse, leading end-to-end global aftermarket parts and vehicle export logistics serving over 100 countries. He was instrumental in scaling high-capacity export warehouses, strengthening multi-continent logistics networks, implementing lean warehousing, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Earlier at Maruti Suzuki, Raja held leadership roles including Project Lead – Export Gujarat Warehouse, Manager – Export Warehouse, Manager – Central Warehouse (Gurgaon), Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager and began his journey as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, building a strong foundation in warehouse automation, safety leadership, sustainability compliance, ISO governance and global logistics excellence. His tenure was marked by multiple recognitions including Best Overall Performer, Safety Ambassador and Under 40 Supply Chain Super Achiever.
Raja Kumar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy and Operations from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.
