Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 – Systematix Group has announced the appointment of Mitali Chitnis as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening the organization’s leadership team as it accelerates its journey toward building a future-ready, people-centric financial services enterprise. With close to two decades of HR leadership experience across wealth management, asset management, fintech and financial services organizations, Chitnis brings deep expertise in people strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
Prior to joining Systematix Group, Mitali Chitnis most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at FundsIndia, where she led enterprise-wide HR strategy, culture, leadership development and workforce transformation initiatives, supporting rapid organizational growth and digital-first operating models.
Before this, she held the role of Director – Human Resources at FundsIndia Private Wealth, where she focused on building leadership capability, strengthening HR governance and shaping people practices for the firm’s fast-growing private wealth business.
She earlier served as Head of Human Resources at Fisdom, where she led people transformation initiatives across fintech and digital wealth platforms, strengthening employer branding, performance management and leadership development frameworks.
Her prior leadership experience also includes Head of Human Resources – Private Wealth Management at Motilal Oswal Financial Services, where she built scalable HR systems for private wealth businesses, and nearly five years as Head of Human Resources at Mirae Asset Investment Managers (India), leading HR operations across the asset management group and its subsidiaries in India.
Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership roles at ASK Group, Reliance Capital, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Zee Network, building deep domain expertise across financial services, manufacturing and media sectors.
