Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States, April 2026 — Chelsea Barth has started a new position as HR Director – Physician Enterprise at INTEGRIS Health, where she will lead human resources strategy for the physician enterprise, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, and strengthening employee experience across clinical operations.
Prior to this role, Chelsea Barth spent nearly eight years with Hillcrest Healthcare System, most recently serving as Human Resources Director, where she led HR initiatives supporting healthcare operations and workforce strategy. Earlier, she held the role of Human Resources Manager, contributing to employee engagement, operational alignment, and HR program execution across the organization.
Before her tenure in healthcare, she served as Director of Operations at The Wolek Group (Keller Williams Realty Advantage), where she managed operational functions and supported business growth. She also held HR leadership roles at Saks Fifth Avenue as Manager, Human Resources, and spent over six years at Target, progressing through multiple roles including Human Resources Business Partner and Executive Team Leader – Human Resources, building a strong foundation in HR operations, talent management, and employee relations.
Her early career at Target also included leadership roles across operations and guest experience, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of workforce dynamics and business operations.
Chelsea Barth holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, strengthening her expertise in leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
