Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Ajitsingh Nawale has joined Sterling Green Power Solutions as Vice President – Information Technology, bringing extensive experience across enterprise IT leadership, digital transformation, SAP S/4HANA modernization, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, IT governance, Industry 4.0, infrastructure management, and manufacturing technology.
In his new role at Sterling Green Power Solutions, Ajitsingh Nawale will lead information technology initiatives supporting the company’s power solutions, manufacturing, e-mobility, hydrogen, services, and management solutions businesses. His appointment adds strong technology leadership depth as the company continues to expand its capabilities across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and South-East Asia.
Before joining Sterling Green Power Solutions, Ajitsingh served as Head – Information Technology at Advik Hi-Tech Pvt Ltd, where he led large-scale cloud transformation programs across Azure and AWS, integrated hybrid IT infrastructure with OT systems, directed SAP S/4HANA modernization, and strengthened cybersecurity through ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and NIST-aligned security frameworks. He also drove IT financial governance, DevOps adoption, vendor governance, and Industry 4.0 initiatives involving IIoT, MES, and RPA.
Earlier, Ajitsingh worked as CIO – Ports Business at Adani Ports and SEZ, where he led IT portfolio governance, aligned technology investments with enterprise strategy, and modernized infrastructure through SAP S/4HANA, RPA platforms, Industry 4.0 solutions, hybrid cloud integration, and data center consolidation. His work also included network security, IT continuity, automation, and digital roadmap development for port operations.
Previously, he served as Head of Information Technology at CIE Automotive India Ltd., where he led SAP S/4HANA rollouts across automotive units, drove smart factory adoption, IIoT integration, IT-OT convergence, and enterprise IT strategy. He also established IT governance frameworks covering cybersecurity compliance, risk control, AI, machine learning, data-driven capabilities, and manufacturing IT modernization.
Ajitsingh’s earlier career includes IT leadership roles with S. M Auto Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Sany Heavy Industries India Private Limited, Finolex Plasson Industries Pvt Ltd, Precision Camshafts Limited, Trimbak Industries Ltd, Satguru Agro Industries Ltd, and The Jamshri Spg. & Wvg. Mills Ltd. Across these roles, he built deep experience in IT systems, enterprise applications, infrastructure, manufacturing technology, process automation, ERP, and business-aligned IT operations.
