Basel, Switzerland, July 2026 — NovaBridge Biosciences has appointed Srishti Gupta as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this role, she will lead the company’s strategic direction, business development, and clinical advancement efforts as NovaBridge accelerates the development of innovative therapies and expands its global biotechnology platform.
Srishti brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, global health, corporate strategy, and board governance. Widely recognized for her expertise in healthcare innovation and life sciences strategy, she has successfully led organizations through growth, transformation, and value creation while maintaining a strong focus on improving patient outcomes worldwide.
Prior to joining NovaBridge Biosciences, Srishti served as Chief Executive Officer of Idorsia Pharmaceuticals, where she led the Swiss biopharmaceutical company through a critical phase of strategic and operational transformation. She also served as a Board Member at Idorsia, chairing the Nominations, Governance and Compensation Committee, further strengthening the company’s governance and leadership framework.
Beyond her executive leadership roles, Srishti actively contributes to several leading healthcare and life sciences organizations. She currently serves as a Board Member at Santhera Pharmaceuticals, a Member of the Board of Trustees at the International Vaccine Institute (IVI), and a Board Director at Partners In Health, where she serves on the Talent and Compensation Committee. She has also held board positions with TB Alliance, Invivyd, and Norrsken, contributing to governance, compensation, finance, and organizational strategy across biotechnology, global health, and impact-driven organizations.
Earlier in her career, Srishti spent nearly 18 years at McKinsey & Company, where she served as a Senior Expert, Global Director, and Consultant. Working across Europe and the United States, she advised leading pharmaceutical companies and global health organizations while playing senior leadership roles within McKinsey’s Pharmaceutical Practice, Global Health Practice, and firm-wide global talent initiatives. Her work helped shape commercial strategies, organizational transformation, innovation programs, and healthcare access initiatives for clients worldwide.
With her extensive leadership experience across biotechnology, consulting, and global health, Srishti is exceptionally well positioned to lead NovaBridge Biosciences as it advances innovative therapies and accelerates access to breakthrough medicines for patients around the world.
