Charlie brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience spanning retail, e-commerce, consumer brands, and digital transformation. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for revitalizing established brands, leading large-scale business transformations, and leveraging technology to create customer-centric growth strategies across global organizations.
Prior to joining Lands’ End, Charlie served as Chief Executive Officer at Tribute Technology, where he successfully led a strategic turnaround backed by The Carlyle Group. During his tenure, the company returned to positive growth, strengthened its leadership team, and repositioned its brand for long-term success. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of FTD, leading the historic floral company through a significant transformation that culminated in a successful acquisition process, delivering strong returns for investors.
Earlier in his career, Charlie held several senior digital leadership positions, including Global Chief eCommerce Officer at Samsonite and Chief Digital Officer at TUMI, where he led international digital commerce strategies across multiple markets. His leadership also includes executive roles with The Line, Assembled Brands, Schiff Nutrition (Reckitt Benckiser), Lucky Brand Jeans, Integrated Media Solutions, and Market Leader, consistently driving digital growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence. Alongside his executive career, he has advised and invested in numerous emerging consumer and technology businesses while supporting organizations such as St. Jude Digital Advisory Council and the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
