London, United Kingdom, June 2026 — Caroline Hutchins has been appointed Chief People Officer at DeNovo Dental Partners. In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, organizational transformation, leadership development, culture, talent management, and workforce initiatives as DeNovo Dental Partners continues expanding its shared ownership model across the UK dental sector.
Prior to this appointment, Hutchins served as Managing Partner at Darcy Jay, where she advised organizations on executive leadership, organizational transformation, and people strategy. Earlier, she briefly served as Chief People Officer at Infinigate Group, leading the company’s global people function during a key phase of organizational development.
Before joining Infinigate Group, Hutchins was Chief People Officer at Azets, where she led the Group-wide People Transformation Programme. During her tenure, she established a scalable leadership organization, implemented enterprise HR systems and people analytics, developed the group’s culture and succession framework, streamlined HR operations, established ESG governance, led the people integration of more than 80 acquisitions, and developed the company’s five-year people strategy supporting long-term growth objectives.
Earlier, she worked as People Transformation Consultant at Litera, leading the international restructuring of the organization across the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom. Prior to that, she served as Group HR Director at StepStone, where she held global responsibility for HR strategy across 13 international markets, more than 3,300 employees and 72 nationalities, while leading major organizational transformation and acquisition integration initiatives.
Hutchins previously spent more than seven years with METRO AG, serving as Vice President HR – METRO AG, Director HR Operations EMEA, Asia and Classic Fine Foods, leading people transformation, organizational restructuring, regional HR strategy, mergers, divestitures, and business integration across Europe and Asia.
Before METRO AG, she served as Vice President – Human Resources Director at Makro Cash and Carry (UK), where she led the transformation of the UK business, organizational restructuring, succession planning, executive development, customer-focused people initiatives, and multiple international integration projects.
Earlier in her career, Hutchins held senior HR leadership positions with M. H. Alshaya Co., Clarks, and Tesco PLC, where she built extensive expertise across international HR leadership, mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, employee relations, retail transformation, leadership development, and people strategy across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and global retail operations.
