Toronto, Ontario, Canada, June 2026 — Danielle Weese has been appointed Chief People Officer at Dentalcorp. In her new role, she will lead the organization’s global people strategy, talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, and workforce initiatives, supporting Dentalcorp’s continued growth as one of North America’s largest dental practice networks.
Prior to this appointment, Weese served as Vice President, Talent & Organizational Effectiveness at Dentalcorp, where she helped strengthen the company’s talent strategy, organizational capability, leadership development, and people effectiveness initiatives. She joined the organization following an intentional career break during which she focused on family commitments and prepared for her next leadership chapter.
Earlier, Weese served as Vice President, People & Culture at Entain, where she led global business transformation, organizational redesign, leadership restructuring, talent strategy, and HR transformation across the FTSE 100 gaming company. During her tenure, she drove an agile operating model, strengthened leadership capability, improved organizational efficiency, and advanced diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Before Entain, she was Global Lead People Partner – Google Cloud at Google, leading global workforce strategy for Google Cloud and AR/VR businesses. She partnered with business leaders to support rapid growth, organizational transformation, leadership development, and workforce planning while strengthening diversity and building high-performing teams across global markets.
Prior to Google, Weese spent more than 11 years at Cisco, holding several senior HR leadership positions. During her tenure she served as HR Director for the CFO and Global Finance Organization & CSO and Global Strategy Organization, Director Human Resources – Global Service Provider Sales, Head of HR Australia, and ANZ HR Manager/APJ HR Business Partner – Sales. Across these leadership roles, she led enterprise HR strategy, organizational transformation, executive coaching, leadership development, acquisition integration, workforce planning, employee engagement, and regional people operations across North America and Asia-Pacific.
Earlier in her career, Weese held HR leadership roles with Ashe Morgan Winthrope, Stramit, and Thiess John Holland, building strong foundations in human resources, recruitment, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational consulting.
