In this role, she will focus on driving talent acquisition, development strategies, and employee engagement initiatives across the organization.
Before joining Pathstone, Katie Pierce Mack was the Director of Talent (Global) at Calderys for over 1 year. She led global initiatives centered around employee experience, engagement, development programs, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.
Prior to her role at Calderys, Katie worked at HarbisonWalker International for 4 years and 6 months, serving as the Director of Talent Development and Manager of Organizational Training Development. She managed performance management, leadership development, and organizational learning strategies, playing a pivotal role in the company’s transformation efforts.
Katie also served as the Recruiting & Employee Development Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. for 2 years and 2 months, where she designed and implemented employee development programs and managed recruiting processes to enhance talent attraction and retention.
Earlier in her career, Katie worked as a Senior Talent Development Consultant at Westinghouse Electric Company for over 8 years. Her responsibilities included designing executive leadership development programs and creating performance management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
