Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2026 — Joginder Singh has joined Sammaan Capital Limited as Corporate Head HR. In his new role, he will lead the company’s corporate human resources function, driving people strategy, talent management, organizational development, leadership capability, HR transformation, and workforce initiatives to support Sammaan Capital’s continued growth and business transformation.
Prior to joining Sammaan Capital Limited, Singh served as Head HR – Sales & Marketing, IT & Learning & Development at Panacea Biotec, where he led strategic HR initiatives across multiple business functions. During his tenure, he focused on HR transformation, organizational development, talent management, succession planning, performance management, HR automation, HRMS implementation, employer branding, change management, compensation strategy, employee engagement, and business excellence while strengthening organizational capability and people processes.
Earlier, he spent nearly eight years with TVS Credit Services Ltd. as Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where he partnered with business leaders on HR strategy, talent acquisition, succession planning, capability development, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, and HR transformation initiatives supporting business growth.
Before joining TVS Credit, Singh served as Human Resources Manager at DB Corp Ltd., managing end-to-end HR operations across the organization. Prior to that, he worked as Deputy Manager – Human Resources at E Meditek (TPA) Services Limited, leading recruitment, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, policy development, compliance, compensation and benefits, training, employee communication, and HR operations.
Earlier in his career, Singh worked as HR Executive at Mind Source, where he managed recruitment and talent acquisition for clients across multiple industries including manufacturing, logistics, and technology. He began his professional journey as a Management Trainee with North Delhi Power Ltd.
