Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2026 — Pavan Sriram has joined Movate as Vice President – Talent Management. In his new role, he will lead the company’s global talent management strategy, focusing on leadership development, organizational capability, succession planning, learning transformation, employee growth, and future-ready workforce initiatives to support Movate’s continued global expansion.
Prior to joining Movate, Sriram served as Director of Learning and Development at Encora Inc., where he led the Global Learning & Talent Development function for more than 11,000 employees. During his tenure, he established enterprise-wide GenAI capability through role-based learning pathways, led leadership and sales development programmes reaching over 4,000 employees, accelerated technical certification initiatives, strengthened regional learning academies, and significantly increased enterprise learning adoption through scalable capability-building initiatives.
Earlier, he served as Associate Director – Global Learning & Organizational Development at ACS Solutions, where he designed and executed global leadership development programmes, established the organization’s learning infrastructure, built content digitization capabilities, and implemented enterprise learning frameworks supporting managers and senior leaders across multiple business units worldwide.
Before ACS Solutions, Sriram was Principal Consultant & Head – Learning Services at Infosys BPM, where he led the Learning Services Centre of Excellence, driving learning strategy, instructional design, leadership development, behavioural learning, digital learning, and employee capability initiatives supporting more than 40,000 employees across global business units.
Previously, he founded Learngage, serving as Co-Founder & CEO for nearly eight years. During this period, he built the company into a respected learning and leadership consulting firm serving leading organizations including Infosys, Amazon, Shell, Intel, SAP, AXA, Mahindra & Mahindra, NABARD, and several global enterprises. He successfully delivered leadership development programmes, succession planning frameworks, assessment centres, employee engagement initiatives, executive coaching, HR leadership programmes, and learning technology solutions before successfully exiting the business.
Earlier in his career, Sriram held leadership positions as Vice President – Training at TalentSprint, General Manager – Training at Crestcom International, Regional Training Manager at Dale Carnegie Training India, Assistant Vice President at Global Talent Metrics, National Account Manager at MeritTrac Services, HR Manager at SunGard, Corporate Sales Manager at MeritTrac Services, and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Vendio Services, building extensive expertise across talent development, HR consulting, assessments, leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, sales enablement, and human capital transformation.
