Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2026 — Ganesh Laxman Kamble has joined Univers – Renewables – Bazefield as Chief Operating Officer – India Operations, bringing extensive experience across renewable energy operations, asset management, SCADA, digital transformation, operational excellence, analytics, and technology-led performance management.
In his new role, Ganesh Laxman Kamble will be responsible for driving overall business operations in India, strengthening customer delivery and operational excellence, scaling digital asset performance solutions, and building a high-performing organization aligned with global priorities. His focus will include enhancing customer value through data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and robust governance frameworks.
Before joining Univers – Renewables – Bazefield, Ganesh spent nearly 10 years with ReNew, where he held several leadership roles across asset management and renewable energy operations. Most recently, he served as Assistant Vice President, contributing to business and operational priorities in India’s renewable energy sector.
Earlier at ReNew, Ganesh served as General Manager – Asset Management, Deputy General Manager – Asset Management, Assistant General Manager – Asset Management, and Senior Manager – SCADA. Across these roles, he worked on scaling renewable energy operations, strengthening asset performance, building analytics capabilities, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across operational functions.
Prior to ReNew, Ganesh spent more than 16 years with Suzlon Energy Ltd., where he served as Lead Manager – SCADA and Planning. His long tenure at Suzlon helped him build deep expertise in SCADA systems, planning, renewable energy operations, monitoring, asset performance, and technology-enabled operational management.
With his strong background across ReNew and Suzlon Group, Ganesh brings a practical understanding of renewable energy assets, operational governance, analytics-driven decision-making, digital transformation, and customer-focused delivery. His experience reflects the growing importance of technology-led operations in accelerating the global energy transition.
Ganesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from Manipal University Jaipur, adding a strong technology foundation to his renewable energy and operations leadership experience.
