London, United Kingdom, April 2026 — Faraz Zaidi has been elevated to the role of Head of HR – Global Customer Operations at Unilever, where he will lead the global people agenda across Customer Operations. In this role, he will align talent, capability, and culture with business strategy while partnering with senior leadership on organization design, workforce planning, productivity, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
Prior to this elevation, Faraz Zaidi served as HR Director – Global Business Services at Unilever, leading HR globally for multiple service lines covering a workforce of over 2,500 employees. His leadership journey at Unilever spans over 15 years, reflecting consistent progression across global, regional, and country-level roles.
Earlier, he held roles such as HR Director – Uniops in Market (Technology, Data & Analytics and People Experience) and HR Director – Supply Chain for NAMET, where he led HR strategy across diverse geographies and complex business environments. His experience includes driving transformation agendas, enabling organizational redesign, and strengthening people capabilities across markets.
He has also contributed significantly in roles such as Global Employee Experience Lead, where he led initiatives to capture the Voice of the Employee globally and introduced innovative frameworks like the Experience Lab. His earlier tenure includes leadership roles in HR services, talent development, and HR business partnering across Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and global markets.
Before joining Unilever, Faraz Zaidi worked with MCB Bank Ltd. as Manager – HRMG, where he managed compensation, benefits, and performance management for a large workforce. He began his career with IAL Saatchi & Saatchi, building early experience in business and client engagement.
Faraz Zaidi holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Business Management, strengthening his expertise in HR strategy, transformation, and organizational development.
