Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, December 2024 – Sidhartha Satpathy has taken on the role of Senior Vice President & Head – Human Resources at Computer Age Management Services Limited (CAMS). In this pivotal role, Sidhartha will oversee talent management and HR strategies, aligning them with the company’s business goals and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Sidhartha joined CAMS in 2022 as VP – Talent & Culture, where he successfully led initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a robust organizational culture, and align HR operations with strategic business objectives.
Before CAMS, Sidhartha served as a Storyteller & Coach and founded iSidhartha, a consultancy focusing on coaching individuals and organizations to unlock their potential and create impactful stories. His leadership in enabling transformation through coaching has left a lasting impact on clients and organizations.
In his tenure at FSS, Sidhartha held the role of Associate Vice President, where he spearheaded HR business partnerships for the largest business units, managed organizational restructuring, and optimized HR operations through automation.
At Capgemini, he served as Divisional Manager HR, leading HR operations across multiple business units and locations, contributing significantly to talent development and business growth.
Sidhartha’s career also includes a remarkable stint at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where as Sr. Manager HR (BU HR Lead), he managed HR strategies for a business unit of over 2,000 associates, focusing on talent integration and retention.
With foundational experiences at Tata Consultancy Services, Ford Motor Company, and MK Electric, Sidhartha has demonstrated expertise in HR operations, organizational transformation, and leadership development across diverse industries.
