Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 — KreditBee has announced that Anurag Vishwakarma has stepped into the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this position, he will lead KreditBee’s people strategy across talent, culture, leadership, HR operations, and HR transformation—supporting the company’s scale-up agenda as it continues to expand its digital credit footprint in India.
Before joining KreditBee, Anurag Vishwakarma served as Head Human Resources at Alldigi Tech, leading HR across India, the Philippines, and the United States. In that role, he focused on building and executing a comprehensive global HR strategy aligned to business growth, with emphasis on scalable people practices, high-performance culture, employee engagement, and digital HR transformation across geographies.
Prior to Alldigi Tech, he was Vice President – Group Head Talent Acquisition & HR Shared Services at Quess Corp Limited, steering talent acquisition and shared HR services for a 30+ legal-entity portfolio across India, APAC, and North America. He built and scaled multiple HR COEs spanning Talent Acquisition, Executive Leadership Hiring (Chairman’s Office), HR Operations, and HR Technology, delivering outcomes such as faster hiring, improved offer-to-join ratios, standardized HR operations, and stronger workforce visibility through HR analytics and unified reporting. Notably, he established an internal executive search capability, closing 100+ leadership hires across entities while eliminating external search costs.
Earlier, Anurag Vishwakarma founded TEAMPLOYER, a venture focused on outcome-led hiring for growth-stage organizations across industries including tech, engineering, telecom, and F&B. He also held leadership roles in large-scale talent and workforce delivery environments including Concentrix (owning high-volume hiring for South India with 10,000+ hires annually) and TeamLease Services Limited, where he led transformation and later headed temp hiring and staffing at scale, building tech-enabled, data-led hiring models.
His earlier career includes senior delivery and managed staffing leadership roles at IonIdea Inc., vCustomer, Satyam Computer Services Ltd, and Hero BPO, spanning multi-site operations, SLA governance, workforce planning, and enterprise stakeholder management—building a strong foundation in scaling people and delivery systems in high-growth, high-complexity environments.
