Denver, Colorado, United States, January 2026 – Pariveda has announced the appointment of Alain Paolini as Chief People Officer. In this role, he leads Pariveda’s people strategy across talent acquisition, development, care and support, people operations, and employee experience, shaping a fulfilling and high-impact journey for employees while strengthening the firm’s mission-driven, employee-owned culture.
Alain Paolini brings more than three decades of global business transformation and people leadership experience to Pariveda. Prior to this appointment, he served as Vice President at Pariveda, where he shaped and delivered enterprise transformation programs, mentored and developed national teams, and played a key role in architecting Pariveda’s “Intelligent Enterprise” perspective that integrates human and artificial intelligence to drive innovation and business outcomes.
Earlier, Alain held senior leadership roles at HCLTech as Associate Vice President, where he led global organizational agility, digital program management, and business transformation service lines across North America. He previously served as Vice President, Client Partner at enVision Business Consulting, managing large-scale organizational change management practices and delivering multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
Before that, he was Principal at Statera, Inc., leading change enablement and human performance consulting practices. He also served as Vice President, Human Resources at Level 3 Communications, where he revamped enterprise talent management capabilities, delivered major leadership development initiatives, and generated multi-million-dollar cost savings.
Alain began his professional career at Accenture, where he spent over 15 years as Partner/Managing Director and Human Performance Practice Leader, leading global transformation, talent, and change programs across Europe and North America. His international leadership journey spans Paris, San Francisco, and Denver.
