Hyderabad, Telangana, India, January 2026 — CCL Products (India) Limited has appointed Srinivas ATLA as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, he will lead the company’s people strategy, talent development, industrial relations, and HR transformation agenda across its manufacturing and global operations, supporting CCL’s continued growth as one of the world’s leading coffee manufacturers.
With deep expertise across large manufacturing, engineering, and multinational environments, Srinivas brings extensive experience in HR strategy, employee relations, compensation, and organization development.
Career Journey
Prior to joining CCL Products (India) Limited, Srinivas ATLA served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Titagarh, leading HR strategy and transformation initiatives.
He spent over a decade with Alstom, most recently as Human Resources Director – RSC & Services, where he drove large-scale employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and industrial relations programs across multiple manufacturing sites and depots in India. Earlier at Alstom, he held leadership roles including HR Director – AES APAC, Head – Country Shared Services, and Site HR Manager (Business Partner), playing a key role in building shared services, leading large workforce expansions, and managing HR transformation programs.
Earlier in his career, Srinivas held senior HR leadership roles at IFB Automotive, Advanta Seeds, and Lexmark International, and began his professional journey with VENKY’S (India) Ltd., building strong foundations in manufacturing HR, employee relations, compensation, and workforce development.
