Dedhe has taken on the role of Senior Director – Services (Asia Pacific & Japan) at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he now leads Services and Operations across the Asia Pacific and Japan region, driving service excellence, digital transformation and AI-enabled customer experience innovation.
In his most recent role, Charudatta Dedhe served as Director – Services (India & South Asia) at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he led a high-performing organization of over 400 professionals, spearheaded digital transformation initiatives, built scalable channel partner models, and established the Technical Excellence Center for advanced training and repair operations.
Earlier, he held the role of Commercial Leader – Services (All Divisions) at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he built growth frameworks, digital platforms and data-driven commercial strategies that delivered consistent profitable growth across service portfolios.
Before joining Thermo Fisher, Charudatta spent over seven years with Agilent Technologies, progressing to Global Sales Development Director – Services & Consumables, where he built global after-market strategies, digital sales channels across the US, Europe, China and Japan, and played a pivotal role in regional channel harmonization and global branding initiatives.
His earlier career includes senior services leadership roles with Philips Healthcare, where he led services sales and marketing across India and neighboring markets, and service engineering leadership roles with GE Healthcare, Elscint Medical Systems, Shimadzu Corporation and Transasia Bio-Medicals.
