Taylor Ritzel has been named Chief People Officer at Cedar Solutions Group, an Evergreen Services Group company.
Ritzel brings a dynamic blend of experience and expertise to her new role at Cedar, bolstered by a significant background in strategic people management and organizational leadership.
Prior to joining Cedar Solutions Group, Ritzel honed her leadership skills at Alpine Investors in San Francisco, where she served as a Private Equity Operating Executive since August 2022. Her responsibilities included overseeing investment strategies and operational improvements across Alpine’s portfolio companies in the business services and software sectors.
Ritzel’s diverse career also includes her role as Chief Operating Officer of Novalaw, a subsidiary of the global law firm Rimon PC, from August 2022 to December 2023. Here, she was pivotal in managing back office operations and supporting Rimon’s growth and innovation across its extensive international network. Before stepping into executive management, Ritzel was deeply involved in strategy and content acquisition at major entertainment platforms including Netflix and Hulu, contributing to significant projects that received industry acclaim.
